This page explains what we collect when you order from us, why we need it, and what we do not do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and delivery address, so we can send your order.
• Your email address, if you write to us.
• The details of what you ordered and when.

You give us this information yourself, usually through WhatsApp. The order form on this website does not send anything to us on its own — it simply composes a WhatsApp message that you choose to send.

Advertising and the Meta pixel

This website uses the Meta pixel, a small piece of code from the company that runs Facebook and Instagram. It sets cookies and tells Meta when you visit a page here, add an oil to your basket, begin checkout or complete an order, along with what was in the basket and the amount.

We use it for one purpose: to see whether our advertisements actually bring people to the shop, and to show our ads to people who have looked at our oils. We do not upload your name, phone number, email address or delivery address to Meta. Meta receives the technical information your browser sends to any website it loads something from, including your IP address, and it may combine that with information it already holds about you. What Meta does with it afterwards is governed by Meta's own privacy policy, not ours.

If you would rather not be tracked, you can block it: turn on your browser's tracking protection, use a content blocker, or use private browsing. Blocking it does not stop you ordering, and nothing on this site works any differently.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, bank login or any other payment credential. Those are handled entirely by your own payment app or by our payment gateway.

Apart from the advertising pixel described above, we run no other analytics or tracking.

How we use it

To pack and deliver your order, to answer your questions, to issue a refund if one is due, and to keep the records that tax and food-safety rules require us to keep.

We may message you about your own order. We do not send marketing messages to customers who have not asked for them.

Who else sees it

Only those who need it to complete your order: the courier company that delivers your parcel, and our payment gateway when you pay online. Meta also receives the browsing information described above, but never your order details, your address or your contact details. We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as Indian tax and food business rules require. Beyond that, you may ask us to delete your details and we will.

Your choices

Write to contact.deesorigin@gmail.com and you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
