Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in India. We do not ship outside India at present.

Within Coimbatore we often deliver ourselves, and same-day or next-day delivery is usually possible. Everywhere else travels by courier and normally takes 5 to 6 business days.

How long it takes

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment.
Courier delivery normally takes 5 to 6 business days after dispatch.
Remote pin codes, public holidays and festival weeks can add a few days.

Because every bottle is pressed in small batches, occasionally an oil is briefly out of stock. If that affects your order we tell you before you pay, and you can wait, swap it or cancel.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge depends on your pin code and the size of your order. We tell you the exact total, including delivery, on WhatsApp before you pay anything. Nothing is ever added afterwards.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel is handed over we send the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp.

Packing

Glass bottles are wrapped individually and packed with cushioning. Damage in transit is rare, but if it happens please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy — tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we refund that bottle.

Please give a delivery address where someone can receive the parcel, and a phone number that is reachable. Couriers in India usually call before delivering, and a missed call is the most common cause of delay.
