These terms apply when you order from Dee's Origin. Please read them — they are short.

Who we are

Dee's Origin is a food business operating from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, registered under FSSAI Reg. No. 22426559000297 and GST No. 33BAQPD7362H1ZL. Our full contact details are at the foot of this page.

Our products

We sell cold pressed, unrefined edible oils in 60 ml and 100 ml glass bottles. Because the oils are unrefined and pressed in small batches, colour, aroma and cloudiness vary a little between batches. This is normal and is not a defect.

Orders and prices

• Prices shown on this website are in Indian Rupees and include all applicable taxes. Delivery charges, where they apply, are quoted separately before you pay.
• An order exists once we confirm it to you on WhatsApp. Until then, nothing is binding on either of us.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an oil is out of stock or a delivery address is not serviceable. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
• We try to keep prices and details accurate. If an obvious error appears, we will tell you before proceeding rather than hold you to it.

Payment

We accept Google Pay and other UPI apps, and online payment by card, netbanking or wallet where offered. We confirm the exact total with you before any payment is made. Orders are dispatched after payment is received, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

These are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and delivery timeframes in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Food, allergies and health

• Almond oil is a tree nut product. Please avoid it entirely if anyone in your household has a nut allergy.
• Our oils are foods, not medicines. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
• If you are pregnant, taking blood thinners or diabetes medication, or treating a skin condition, please speak to your doctor before adding black seed or flaxseed oil to your routine.
• Store each oil as described on its label. Flaxseed oil must be refrigerated.

This website

The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Dee's Origin and may not be copied or reused without our permission. We keep the site running as reliably as we can but cannot promise it will never be unavailable.

Liability

Our responsibility to you is limited to the value of the products you ordered. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you order.
